Step into a 2-day intimate group immersion where ancient insight, modern inner science, and embodied meditation help you uncover what shapes you from within and learn how to work with it through presence and clarity.

This workshop emerged from years of lived experience, deep personal inquiry, and hundreds of one-on-one conversations. I saw how we struggle — not just because we’re out of sync with what truly brings us happiness, but because our automatic patterns keep repeating themselves long after they’ve stopped serving us.

Often, even when we know what needs to change, we get lost in not knowing how to actually do it.

This workshop is my response to that dilemma.

What This Workshop Is

This is a two-day immersive experience where you’ll learn to recognise and gently shift the deeper emotional and body-mind patterns that shape your life.

We work with a synthesis of ancient spiritual insight and modern inner science  — blending clear guiding frameworks with practices anchored in felt sense.

You’ll learn how your nervous system and subconscious shape perception, reaction, and behaviour — and how to use meditation to dissolve imprints of the past and cultivate supportive attitudes.

This is not a retreat. It’s not about performance, catharsis, or chasing a spiritual high. It’s a quiet, grounded, and precise journey inward — to unfold a better version of yourself.

What We Explore

We often assume we’re living consciously — yet much of our behaviour, emotions and beliefs are shaped by deeper layers we rarely notice.

In this workshop, we explore:

  • How the body holds memory and subconsciously pushes you to repeat old habits

  • How emotional residue in the nervous system quietly shapes our sense of self

  • How unresolved stress affects your perception, quality of focus and health

  • How to reconnect with your felt sense — and respond to what it reveals

  • How to root healthy attitudes in your system so they begin to support you from within

The Approach

This is a structured yet informal and intimate group experience held over two full days.

We move through a steady rhythm of:

Guided Practice → Teaching → Integration

The process includes clear conceptual insight, dialogue, and a carefully held energetic field.

We use somatic awareness as a tool for emotional processing. Structured meditation deepens the work. We cultivate supportive qualities through evocative imagination, anchoring it in the body through the felt sense. You’ll also leave with simple but powerful tools — like reframing — to support you in moments when old patterns resurface.

This is not group therapy. There’s no pressure to perform or share. Silence is welcome.

The teaching is non-dogmatic and grounded in lived experience — offering a clear understanding of how growth happens, and practices that support it.
